In the UK, the invasion of Ukraine has prompted an outpouring of support like no other humanitarian crisis has. People have opened up their homes, given away their possessions, and driven across borders to provide whatever assistance they can. 

I joined an aid convoy of ambulances who drove from Devon to Medyka, a Polish village on the Ukraine border, to document the journey and the stories of refugees fleeing Russia.
